Roast Breast of Norfolk Turkey with chestnut stuffing, bacon and chipolata roll, delicious gravy and cranberry sauce

Poached Salmon Fillet in white wine court bouillon with prawns and finished with cream

Game Keepers Casserole Diced venison, pheasant and wild duck slowly braised in red wine with button onions, mushrooms and thyme. Served in a filo pastry case

Baked Supreme of Chicken filled with lemon and tarragon mousse wrapped in smoked bacon served with a Madeira sauce

Wild Mushroom Risotto Porcini, shitake and oyster mushrooms sautéed in brandy butter with chestnuts then added to Arborio rice, slow cooked with vegetable stock and topped with parmesan shavings, roquette and parsnip crisps
